These terms and conditions govern your access to and use of Nelson & District Credit Union's Online Banking Website and the content, information and services provided on or through the zippitydodog.com website (“the Website”). They exempt Nelson & District Credit Union, its subsidiaries and zippitydodog.com and other persons from liability or limit their liability and contain other important provisions that you should read. Each time you use the Website, the most current version of these terms and conditions will govern your use.

This Website contains financial literacy information, job and volunteer opportunities for children and teens. All users under nineteen (19) are encouraged to inform a parent or guardian before using any of the services (specifically volunteer and job posting resources) on the Website.

The Nelson & District Credit Union Group of Companies

For the purposes of these terms and conditions, the Nelson & District Credit Union Group of Companies (simply, “NDCU”) is comprised of Nelson & District Credit Union, and its subsidiaries, affiliates and business partners, including Allard Insurance Agencies Ltd. and Kootenay Insurance Services Ltd. (KIS Ltd).

Warranties and Limitation of Liability

Information and documents provided on this Website are provided “as is” without any warranty. NDCU uses reasonable efforts to furnish accurate and up-to-date information on this Website; it does not, however, warrant its accuracy, adequacy, timeliness or completeness. Rates, fees and other information is subject to change at any time without notice to users and the posted rates and fees on the site may not immediately reflect such changes.

Your use of this Website is at your own risk. Use of Online Banking Services Restricted

Certain portions of the Website relating to online banking (“Online Banking”) may be accessed only by NDCU customers who have agreed to be bound by the applicable Online Banking Services and Cardholder Agreement and to whom a personal access number has been issued.

Availability of Products and Services

Products and services of NDCU referenced or included on the Website are available only in British Columbia, Canada. These products and services are not intended for or available to persons resident or located elsewhere. NDCU reserves the right to make the final determination on whether or not you are eligible for any particular product or service.

Changes to These Terms and Conditions

In its discretion, NDCU may supplement or change these terms and conditions from time to time, for any reason and without any prior notice or liability to you by posting revised terms and conditions on the Website. Each time you use the Website you should check the date of these terms and conditions (which appears at the bottom of this document) and review any changes since the last version. By using the Website after these terms and conditions have been revised, you accept and agree to be bound by the revised terms and conditions. If you do not agree with each provision of the revised terms and conditions you may not use the Website. You may not supplement or change these terms and conditions in any way.

If you are an organization, job, volunteer opportunities, events or other information can be stored in our database. The database is available for Individuals to search and access information contained in it.

NDCU is not involved in the relationship between Individuals and Organizations. If you have a dispute with each other, you understand that NDCU is not required to assist you in the dispute. You hereby agree to release NDCU from any and all claims, demands and damages (actual and consequential) of every kind and nature, known and unknown, suspected and unsuspected, disclosed and undisclosed, arising out of or in any way connected with any such disputes or use of the Services. You understand that the Services may only be used for lawful purposes. You assume total responsibility and risk for your use of the Services. It is solely your responsibility to evaluate the accuracy, completeness, lawfulness and usefulness of all information you access or obtain through the Services.

You understand that there are risks in using the Services, which you assume when you use the Services.
